The Masterschool Fellowship is a highly selective, full-time program for people with strong technical or mathematical foundations who haven’t yet had a real opportunity to enter the industry. It’s built for those who learn fast, think deeply, and take responsibility seriously.
Over 10 intensive weeks, you’ll work full-time alongside experienced engineers on real AI systems. This is not a course. It’s not an internship. It’s a professional environment with high expectations, designed to be your true entry point into AI software engineering.
Work hands-on with modern AI systems and infrastructure

We don’t choose people based on prestige or past titles. We choose based on potential and commitment. We’re looking for people who:
Have strong foundations in math, computer science, or technical problem-solving
Are early in their careers, with little or no industry experience
Show unusual learning speed and depth of thinking
Are disciplined, resilient, and self-directed
Care about building technology that expands access to education and opportunity
Daily, hands-on experience in a professional AI engineering team
Full scholarship: 100,000 ILS grant to support you during the program
Clear technical standards and continuous feedback
A realistic path into a long-term engineering role
A dedicated laptop and full technical setup
This is an intensive, in-person program. Being present and fully committed is essential.
On-site at Masterschool’s offices in Tel Aviv.
5 days a week, full-time for 10 weeks.
The fellowship is a period of real work and mutual evaluation. Fellows who successfully complete the program will receive a formal offer to join Masterschool’s AI engineering team and continue building production systems with us.
The objective is simple: identify exceptional talent and turn it into real-world impact.
